APRIL WOODS WEST

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The April Woods West Apartments is a multi-family project completed by April Woods L.P The demolition of the Tri-Arms Apartments in May 2005, kicked off the construction of this multi-family complex.

This site, located in the Uptown Community Re-development area, provides revitalized affordable housing for the residents of this community The April Woods West Apartments were rehabilitated to eliminate slum & blight including dilapidated housing, and to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing in the North Memphis Community.

The construction of the April Woods East Apartments allowed new housing in an low investment community, and increased the city and county tax base.
