KEATHLEY CONDOS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Keathley Condominiums were developed by BDJ Partners. The project, located on Young Avenue, is on the site formerly known as the Keathley Pie Factory. The Pie Factory had an unsightly look and discouraged developers from renovating housing in the area. This dilapidated facility was demolished to make way for this project which has been a huge impact in the neighborhood, and has encouraged economic growth.
