NEHEMIAH HOUSING - PHASE II

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Nehemiah Phase II is a single family development of 74 affordable homes project located at the corner of South Third Street and Fairway The developer, Nehemiah Community Development Corporation, will assist families at or below eighty percent of area median income. The Nehemiah Phase II subdivision has created affordable single family housing for low to moderate income citizens in the West Wood community. The Nehemiah Phase II subdivision has increased housing options for low to moderate income citizens, helped with stabilizing the  neighborhood, increased the tax base in the West Wood Community.
